NarenderSurana is a Chemical Engineer and is the Managing Director of Surana Telecom and Power Limited and Director of Surana Solar Limited and Bhagyanagar Properties Limited,listed Companies, and other companies under the Surana Group. He has been the President of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) and the past Chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He has been in the field of Metals &Telecom industry for more than 3 decades and in the field of Renewable Energy for more than 2 decades. He is a Member on Expert Appraisal Committee (EAC 1&2), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India and has been Chairman of Jain International Trade Organization (JITO Business Council Apex.). He is Managing Committee Member of ASSOCHAM National and FICCI National. He is also Chapter Chairman of Young President’s Organization (Y.P.O), Hyderabad Chapter, India.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore and was chosen as the Brain of the Batch. He holds Directorships inSurana Solar Limited, Surana Telecom and Power Limited and Bhagyanagar Properties Limited, listed companies and other companiesof the Surana Group. He has been in the field of Ferrous & Non Ferrous & Telecom Industry for more than 3 Decades and in the field of Renewable Energy Industry for more than 2 decades. He is the Past President of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) and Past Chairman for Telangana State Council, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). He is also Founder President of Young Entrepreneur Organization for Hyderabad Chapter and Past President of Rotary Club of Hyderabad Deccan. He is also Member of the Governing Body, University College of Engineering, and Osmania University. He has been the guest speaker at many Management & Educational Institutes. Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) has awarded Mr. DevendraSurana as Entrepreneur of the Year 2019.

Mr. Kamlesh Gandhi, a Commerce Graduate, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is associated with Capital and Financial Markets in India for the past 45 years and was member of BSE for 14 years from 1981 to 1995. He was a Director on the Board of Association of Merchant Bankers of India for 4 years from inception of the Association. As a Merchant Banker, he is instrumental in raising funds for over 325 capital issues and is involved in placement of equities of several companies with retail, high net worth and institutional investors, both domestic and overseas.

He was the Guest Speaker at Training Institutes of Banks and Bankers Training College of RBI, on Merchant Banking Activities. He was a Non-Executive Director of several companies including Dr. Reddy’s Group and Raasi Group. He is involved in advising several NRI investors including many high net worth NRI’s. He was Chairman and Managing Director of CIFCO Limited (Investment Banking); Executive Director and Later Senior Advisor at CENTRUM Capital Limited, Advisor Fortune Financial Services Limited and Country Head at Religare Markets Limited.

He has been in the position of Vice President of Company’s production unit since 13/07/2013 and considering his dedication and vast experience, the Board appointed him as aWhole-time Director of the Company which will be helpful in enhancing the productivity of the Company.

Mrs. Sanjana Jain is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed her graduation in Commerce from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad. She is having wide knowledge in the field of Corporate Laws matters.

She participated in the All India Inter- University for Baseball (women) from Osmania University and also represented India in the Partille Cup in Sweden for Handball. She actively participates for the empowerment of girls with the international NGOs.
